Goods will not be released until cleared funds are received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery and Risk
Delivery terms, shipping method, and risk transfer will be agreed separately in writing.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed delivery terms.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Title to goods remains with Device Link Traders Ltd until full payment has been received in cleared funds.

9. Returns and Claims
Due to the nature of used electronic goods, returns are accepted only where expressly agreed in writing.
Any claims regarding quantity, grading, or condition must be notified in writing within the agreed inspection period.
No refunds or returns are accepted for change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profit or business.
